Eclipse - how to change background entirely to blue color

First Word

I use Eclipse for long time. I have used both white background and dark background, and I like none of them. Why? Because generally less contrast between screen background and the surrounding lights is good for your eyes.
... most studies have shown that dark characters on a light background are superior to light characters on a dark background (when the refresh rate is fairly high). For example, Bauer and Cavonius (1980) found that participants were 26% more accurate in reading text when they read it with dark characters on a light background.

Set system color

I use windows system at work. I first set my system background to this color:

Hue = 85
Sat = 123
Lum = 205

Install Eclipse theme

First (optional), you may want to try the color theme plug-in:  http://marketplace.eclipse.org/content/eclipse-color-theme

Then you can change background color of text editor to anything. I set it to default, though.

A Korean guy wrote a very nice customizable theme " Jeeeyul's Eclipse Themes " which is found here:  http://marketplace.eclipse.org/content/jeeeyuls-eclipse-themes

Drop this theme into Eclipse for installation.  After this is installed, set the color theme according to your preferences.

Alternatively, we can use this URL to install in Eclipse:  http://eclipse.jeeeyul.net/update/

Change background color of text editor

This is the last step.

The color shall be same:

Hue = 85
Sat = 123
Lum = 205
